Agreed. You don't limit kid's options as a HS coach. If you start banking coaches when something like this happens you're going to get a reputation and colleges may start shying away from kids you coach. It's a very slippery slope. It is what it is. All parties should just move on IMO.

Oh yeah, the HS coach is the one in the wrong. Just keep it quiet when your kid is hung out to dry. Squashing it is the sensible thing to do. LOL

The HS will get a reputation. That reputation would be don't come recruiting one of our kids with your shady tactics. Those coaches who do that sort of thing would know not to bother unless you don't want to be allowed back. Kind if like Petrino now.

No thanks. Sounds like an environment that would promote the use of marijuana. Not for me!
