30 over in TN is "supposed" to be a mandatory Reckless Driving plus a court appearance. You got lucky. You're fortunate you don't drive a rocket like an Accord, Maxima, etc. I can punch my wife's Maxima at 60 and be doing 120 by the time I get around a semi on the interstate.

Most normal/sane people glance down at it every few seconds to make sure they are obeying traffic laws and not putting other drivers in danger due to unsafe driving..
