Songs you're ashamed to admit you like

It's a tough gig to break into now because most of the on air work is automated or voice tracked (pre recorded). There aren't the same amount of jobs as there just 20 years ago. And one you do break in, it's normally just part-time work and doesn't pay well. It would probably need to be a hobby for you.

But if you're in the Knoxville area, UT's got a station that might allow you to help in the summer while the students are on break. Or you can look into an internet radio station.

Thank you for the feedback. It would definitely be in mind as a hobby and maybe something I just work on on my own to see if I like it.

All of Lorde's Pure Heroine album mainly Buzzcut Season.
Kelly Clarkson's early stuff, Behind These Hazel Eyes and Since You've Been Gone.

Sitting in the gym with this coming through your ear buds while surrounded by guys blasting either Metallica or Cannibal Corpse does give one pause. Sometimes.

Well, probably because I've heard people hate on the band, but you are right, they are great songs, and I shouldn't be embarrassed to like them. haha

There's a lot of great bands from the 90s. I'm a 90s music advocate. Sublime, Third Eye Blind, Gin Blossoms, Spin Doctors, Sugar Ray, Matchbox Twenty, Counting Crows, and more

Agreed. I'm a 90s alternative music fan for sure.

Story of my life - One Direction

I sing this so freaking loud in the car! Either my voice is gonna blow or the speakers are.

Oh and I love Starships by Nicki Minaj. I don't even think I am ashamed of it really.

Neither of those tunes are even remotely close to what I actively listen to, but I will belt those out with great fervor and gusto.
