Guess I should've just Googled. Interesting reviews: We Tested 13 Grocery Store Coffees and Here's the Best OneCereal question: I'm helping stock up a food bank, including containers of ground coffee (for a community drop-in center with the ever-flowing coffee.) What's a decent, all-around coffee that I can buy in bulk, enough to keep things rolling for a while? No bat guano, etc. Folger's? Maxwell House? etc

Feel better soon! So tired of allergy fun.Dam just saw how late it is. had a little holiday for "Fall Break" (in VA no schools on election day) but wound up with a dam sinus infection since Sunday with all the coughing. already called in tomorrow but the other day I picked up some Dunkin Hazelnut coffee, and it's not bad. normally just want a dark roast and don't drink a lot of coffee in general. would buy the Dunkin Hazelnut again on sale for sure.
Friday night, I had gate duty at the ballgame, probably the biggest crowd in the history of the intra-county rivalry. I had to be outside on my feet from 3 until about 9 (had to start selling tickets before school was even dismissed for the day), and it was windy blowing all those leaves around. YUCK. I'm running a slight fever, and the shortness of breath (which is part of the congestion--Mucinex seems to be helping a little) has me paranoid after the cardiac event hahahaha.Feel better soon! I slept less than 4 hours last night, and I should have been lights out several hours ago, but I'm always wired after ASC rehearsal, especially with the concert Sunday night.
My wagon will definitely be draggin tomorrow night.
Wow, is that required as part of your position, or is that a separate thing? I have to admit (I am chicken, lol) that I don't think I'd want to take that on, not with winter coming on.Friday night, I had gate duty at the ballgame, probably the biggest crowd in the history of the intra-county rivalry. don’t do it till you have to. I’ve known too many people who retired and they went down fast.I can retire at any time, but I really enjoy what I do.
Tl;dr ****ing get well!tl;dr
We have to complete a number of "work days," "principal assigned hours," and "staff development hours" to fulfill our contracts.
The nature of small schools (in our case grades 8-12) necessitate teachers and staff helping out with various assignments (selling tickets for varsity, JV, and middle school games, or even concessions). We also have to rely on volunteers quite a bit, even as coaches and OFFICIALS hahaha, which you can do in the more tightly-knit communities. (fewer than 300 students in grades 8-12)
It's really a different cosmos over there. About half my 50-minute commute is on roads without center lines. Basketball gates can be tricky (road wise for some of us) because in VA they can play those even if schools are closed for weather. I will say, though, that my school has always erred on the side of caution.
I'm really lucky to be in a school where (for the most part) people are willing to switch assigned duties if others need help.

Also had son in Small MS/HS. While teachers did work the games prob like your was required, parents were "encouraged" to sign up for duty. I normally did my tour out front selling tickets. and subbed in if someone no-showed but that was rare. Wife would do concessions. I've had to tend the chains before. Pretty fun being on sidelines when your kid is a few feet away laying someone out. Kept the books in baseball his Jr & Sr year. Fun times while it lasted. Don't get how there can be parents that don't get into their kids extracurricular activities. Whatever they are. Wish I had been blessed with more than one so I could still be doing it. But, my wife said no way after she gave birth to a kid almost half her size. (It was her 2nd anyway).tl;dr

I've never roasted a single coffee bean in my life. However, my wife and I went to Starbucks this morning. She got a ridiculous Pumpkin Spice Latte and I got a dark roast, BLACK (how coffee should be enjoyed).@Souce how is the coffee roasting going today?
