This game will be on in Primetime on ESPN to open the college football season. I'm interested in seeing what Vols' fans would rather see at this point.

A. South Carolina DESTROYS Vandy, in embarrassing fashion, thus humiliating one of our favorites, James Franklin on national television. Who knows? Maybe he'll even cry after the game in the press conference.

B. Vandy beats South Carolina in a close game, giving a loss to another Vol beloved, Steve Spurrier. The good thing here would be that would give South Carolina an SEC loss early in the season, which might help if UT is actually in the race for the East this year like many of us hope we can be.

To the polls!

Lattimore gets 200 and the knee issue is put to rest. Coach graham said he's an incredibly hard worker and that's why he's so successful. I bet he's strengthening his knee muscles right now. That boy has a goal and will get there. And to think he seriously considered us.

I have to go with A; if Vandy won we'd never hear the end of it, and frankly a loss this early wouldn't really mean a whole lot in regards to SC's game with Tennessee. They'd have plenty of time to regroup before then.

So I hope USC wins by about 5 touchdowns.

Franklin needs a beat down. The entire SEC needs to hang as many points as possible on Vandy,,just to remind them that they are Vandy and nobody give's a schnoozle about Vandy. rather simple.

Other than UAB and Wofford, what games don't scare you?

Wofford scares me to death. We have struggled to beat them the last few times we played them.

Right now, it is hard for me to say. ECU doesn't scare me. After that, they all scare me. We should come out and have another pretty good year, but I am fearful that the chicken curse has yet to be fully vanquished.

From a standings point of view I would rather see Vandy pull off the upset because you know they won't be there at the end of year. Realistically though, South Carolina is gonna take care of business.

Certainly understand that South Carolina should definitely take care of business quite easily. Just wondering what Vols' fans would rather see happen. I kind of figured Option B, because if we're hoping to be in the East race, losses by USCe, UF, and UGA would certainly help at any point during the year.

If Vandy even got close they would miss a field goal or throw an interception and choke like they always do.

A

I want to see Franklin's squad stomped in every SEC game. Looking at the dangerous behavior of his players going for the knees of opponents, and JF's antics, I just don't like the guy. I want to see every SEC team stand on the gas pedal with both feet and the brakes disabled.

I'm somewhat tempted to make the drive from Knoxville to Nashville for this and head to Atlanta the next night. Would be a nice 1-2-3 (my friend has free tickets to Auburn/Clemson if he wants them) opening weekend, no?

Anyway, I'd love to see Sakerlina destroy Vandy and shut Franklin up for, I don't know, a minute or two.

That would be one hell of a weekend.
