In my opinion, it's a mixture of schools making idiotic decisions and the 'AA wanting to make examples out of cheaters.

Yes! The NCAA has always been looked at as a joke when it comes to violations and I think they are trying to make a point now

They're inconsistent as hell. That's why nobody respects them. I thought Mark Emmert was on the right track to correcting its image. I was wrong.
