He should be ok as long as he doesn't get in trouble again. An alcohol charge IMO isn't something to get a scholarship pulled over. That said I can't believe he was stupid enough to get caught.

This is a pretty ridiculous comment, especially on a Vol board. Haven't you had enough headaches with off the field issues already this year? Mixing a drink just doesn't have the same shock value as armed robbery. Or being arrested with a handgun with the serial number filed off of it.
