OK, I'm stupid but didn't the Gator Bowl used to be played in Gainesville? I have been to one Gator Bowl in my life (mid 90s) and would absolutely swear it was while I was visiting a buddy who lived in Gainesville Tickets were free, I was loaded, can't even tell you who played-but I'm pretty durn sure it was in Gainesville

Did they maybe move it a few years while they were building the new stadium for the Jags or something? I know I'm not crazy. Am I?

I’m telling you…I expect the worst loss in their programs history next year…Heupal has shown he doesn’t forget things like this (see Drinkwitz this year)…I want to see Beamer celebrating a TD when we’re up 84-21…he has such a punchable face

When a team has no real history of winning or championships, they have to milk the most out of every victory. They have a little over 50% winning percentage in their history and only win 40% of their bowls. They should have spent more time focusing on Norte Dame. They will have to lean on those wins for the next 10 years, it’s all they will have.

To let us know they wanted us to enjoy our bowl game. I think we enjoyed our game a whole lot more than they did their own. I will give them a little credit for attempting the troll job, but I think it actually makes them look low class. While they lose the Gator Bowl and might barely stay in the Top 25, we win the Orange Bowl and more than likely will be top 5 after all is said and done.

South Carolina uses a plane to deliver ultimate troll at Orange Bowl for Clemson, Tennessee

A lot of that is just hype for the playoffs. Hyatt wasn’t playing. Makes sense to build up Harrison. No need to take offense.

You guys get your little feelings hurt to easy. I look at it the other way. It’s great to enjoy and be a part of a sport where other fans have the dedication to try and pull one over on each other. It’s not like it was something vulgar. They spent time and money to plan and carry this out. You guys would think it was hilarious if the script was flipped. They pulled a nasty win on us and spoiled our playoff chances. They get to enjoy it. We shat the bed and have to live with it. Until 2023…..GBO
