Nunez starting to get some moxie. taking his lumps...I'm telling you guys. SO CO's problems are not spurriers problems. he is calling a good game. His players aren't playing for him and he has had bad QB play. If he had started nunez from the first game they would look a lot different.

UCF fell so hard so fast. From beating Baylor in a BCS bowl to being a bottom 10 FBS team in less than two years.

Look, I'm not saying they don't suck right now. You have to look ahead. You have to ask your self..what is the potential here? You are talking about one of the most legendary game coaches in the history of the game, and one of the most competitive people you will ever meet. There is a reason for that. I just don't trust it. If the gamecocks players feel like it, and that qb catches fire...they could do a 180 real fast.

I mean, it's possible. But usually teams are who you think they are. And in the case of South Carolina, they're just not a good a team. They've proven it through 4 games now.

teams are who you think they are in the immediate future... I always look at where they are going and what is the potential a few games out. I just don't trust it yet. The flip side is spurrier is going to have to survive until his players feel like playing. Sooner or later they will get sick of being looked at as lower class. They have talent and they are upperclassmen for the most part.

theyve been the same defense with the same players for 2 years. I dont think it will suddenly change. They are gonna hang on today against a winless team who is last in FBS in offense and who also lost to Furman. Its still gonna be a long ass fall for them.

We will see man. I've just been watching spurrier my whole life and I don't trust it yet. I don't understand why his players are not playing for him. I am hearing LSU is in a good game so I'm going over there.
