Torn on this one.

I really like our offense. We return everything...except the most important position (QB). I hope we see plenty of rushing, and a very vanilla passing game for Barker. Meanwhile our defense is a total crapshoot imo. We have a great secondary, but teams will run all over our front seven if newcomers don't step up.

I'll take UK 27-17.

I predict UK wins, starting the annual "Hey KY might be decent this year" talk, only for it to fall apart again in a few weeks.

5 wins for UK is decent. It's the next step that has been difficult for 2 years against the 1st and 2nd tier SEC teams.

5 wins is not ok at all. My point is that it's decent. Decent in the SEC is still pretty sad compared to the schools like UT, UGA, and UF though. Year 4 has to be the year we finally start showing up against someone not named USCjr, Mizzou, or Vandy.

On a week where Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi State, and Vandy/South Carolina (playing each other) all looked vulnerable...would be a refreshing sight to come out and whip someone.

I could see UK slipping into a bowl game this year. The SEC is down apparently. Gotta win this one though.
