Awesome picture with the woman (Mary, AKA Bocachicagal) generating so much of the content down in Boca Chica

Well that is disappointing. I was expecting a ~ $59 plus a $2-300 dollar up front cost like they were alluding to. I want one of these for my motorhome, but it may be a few years before they have anything mobile.

I have this feeling with Amazon looking to do the same thing, prices will drop as others come online.

I saw something a few weeks ago that one of the major vehicle manufacturers was "thinking about" putting Starlink terminals on their vehicles.

That would be very interesting

That would be good news. My understanding of the technology is the antenna doesn't need to be aimed.

I don't see Amazon doing anything like Starlink for a while as Bezos' Blue Origin rocket company which he founded before Musk did SpaceX has still yet to actually put anything onto orbit. They have talked big and done a few suborbital tests and NASA has even got them bidding for a lunar lander but so far they have done nothing of note.

I was think the same about my motorhome. I watched YouTube video and they were saying at least initially that the system would be geofenced where you couldn't use it outside of a general area. Thought the mobile stuff would come later.

I'm in a rural area where my only choice is satellite or DSL. I'm going to switch as soon as it becomes available.
