Wow.... hope the isn’t anyone that hadn’t seen Endgame poking around in the Spider-Man thread.

I hate how they always have Spidey reveal his identity to the villain. They’ve done it in every single movie.

Mysterio should not know who he is. Period.

There's a theory that the Nick Fury in the movie isn't Nicky Fury but is actually The Chameleon.

I’ve heard that. Makes me a little skeptical of the direction of this movie. If Fury is indeed Chameleon, and he knows Peter’s identity, then we may as well assume he doesn’t have a secret at all anymore. That bothers me.

I know secret identities can be hokey in this day and age but they are still part of the fun of so many of these characters to.

If Chameleon and Mysterio really are from a different earth then maybe they know that Peter Parker is Spider-Man because Peter Parker is Spider-Man on their also?

If they really want to send everyone in a tizzy, Mysterio should say "Yeah we have a Spider-man from my world, but his name is Miles Morales."

I think the multiverse thing is red herring. I don’t think they would drop that in a trailer.

I’m concerned about the multi-verse thing. Marvel’s risks have always been successful in the past, but man this multi-verse direction has a “jumped the shark” feel to it

I still say it’s a red herring. We are talking about Mysterio here.

Agreed, that's still the way I lean. Fury saying something about the snaps "ripping a hole" gives me pause, but my assumption is Mysterio shows up and tells that story.

I'm pretty sure the Oscorp thing has been debunked for now, or at least the picture floating around has.
