:eek:k:
You can never tell how these RBs will turn out. McCluster imo is the best RB in the SEC now, and his rating sucked...

sorry i should read threw the whole post before replying, yeah oku and brown are differnt types of backs. we need another power back, i think toney williams will be good when he comes back, but i dont know just how good.

With our RB depth, it would be nice to start a trend of redshirting some RBs to get them more ready for when they are really needed...

To be honest though, with the way so many great college players are leaving after their junior seasons I think it's a waste to redshirt them. Chances are you're only going to get 3 years from them anyway so why waste one of those years red shirting them? Don't you think Richt is wishing he hadn't redshirted Knowshon Mereno? What if we had redshirted Eric Berry?

McCluster isn't even a RB. He's basically Harvin reincarnated.

Charles Scott is pretty far and away the best though. Bryce Brown may be in the running by the end of the year.

wow. 22 gets the ball alotta ways but he has nowhere near the toughness or ability of Percy.
Ive seen this guy McCluster fumble in like 3 close ball games.
He's got nice stats but watch him play, and u see the two are nowhere close

I agree that Scott is the best returning RB in the league but I will throw in Ingram in there also. I know a Tide fan picking their own, what will the world come to. But remember this he finished 6th in the SEC in rushing yards(728) and third in rushing TDs(12) as a true freshman and 2nd on the depth chart behind Coffee who finished 2nd in rushing yards(1383). Not to shabby for a 2nd string true freshman in the SEC.
