Nobody improves unless they get reps, and that's doubly true with young guys. Which means that the coaches essentially will pick the two top contenders to start spring practice--and then see which one plays best. To do otherwise would be dumb because you simply can't give four guys equal time with the 1s and 2s--none of them would improve. Surely it will be Dobbs and Worley to start--and it could remain that way unless one of the other two really shows too well to ignore and/or either Dobbs or Worley plays poorly. The problem with Ferguson is lack of experience. I mean, if he's great, then he might be moved up to compete with Dobbs. I think Dobbs is the favorite--but he'll have to have a solid spring. I like Worley's moxie--he manages games well--but he doesn't give us enough in the talent department, IMO--and the fact that he's a senior will work against him.
