Starts this morning at 2am!

Daylight Saving Time (United States) 2014 begins at 2:00 AM on Sunday, March 9

Figured more people would see it here. Mods feel free to move later.

daylight's savings time is dumb now imo. Maybe when people didn't have lights like we do now it was useful, but I don't like it

it was actually started to save energy, that was back when people would stay outside instead of going into the house and turn the AC on to sleep at night, times have changed,it is pretty much useless these days, but a lot of people like getting the extra hour of sunlight in the evening,I say either change it,or leave it along

getting up at 2 AM is a pain,Hey, it is the law :)

It's 2014. We aren't your clocks changing them selves?

2 other States don't observe DST

Arizona and Hawaii

Puerto Rico doesn't observe it either

I could kind of see that with regard to Hawaii. They're already so far off from the lower 48. I didn't know that about Arizona but the things coming out of Arizona these days is just crazy anyway.

I'd prefer the extra daylight all year round over the winter time when it gets dark at 5pm. I can't tell you how much it bothers me that it gets dark that early.

I really don't care which time were on. I just wish they would pick one and quit changing the clocks every 6 months.

i have to turn a knob on the back of it,I don't have a clock that will adjust it's self, besides isn't it a law that you need to get up and do it ?

Funny story:

I bought an alarm clock that was programed to change itself when it consistently happened on a specific day in March and October. A year later Congress changed the dates and there is no way to reprogram the clock. So now my clock changes a week or two before in March and a week or so after in Oct.

I still keep the clock plugged in on my nightstand but use my phone for an alarm.

Throw it away and get a new one that is more technology adaptable. Also tell me again what that avatar is.

I figured that I would forget to do it so I fixed my watch and clocks around 8 pm.

Oh yeah, while on acid. I remember now.

It looks like a blurred image of Raphael...
