Yes. It is. Stop looking for similarities and see the differences. There is more space between shoulder and ear. Beside his left hand, you can see an "m" in one picture, and part of the "o" and the "m" in the other.

It's two different pictures. Your best bet is to apologize, make a self-deprecating joke, and move on.
