I missed him. I don't care to say it. He was a great coach and a heck of a one liner. I wish he had still been the coach when we won last year. I loved beating him it seemed to get to him losing to us then anyother. I for one will clap for him.

Heck of a coach.

He was a one of a kind. His interviews were always captivating and still are, unlike the same monotonous coach speak that comes from down in Tuscaloosa.

Sorry that opinions and truth bother you. Suck it up cupcake.

So your opinion is the "truth?" I dont think so buttercup. Spurrier earned the right to go out
on his own terms, and he articulated his reasons perfectly during his announcement. Some of
you guys are just looking for one more reason to hate the guy for owning UT's ass all those years.

I loved to hate Spurrier...He was that coach who you just loved to beat and hated to lose to...But damn I sure did and do respect him and what he has done over the years...Sure would've been nice to have him coach at UT and cause UF fans to hate us even more lol

I dont care how many times his coached teams beat us. Spurrier is a quitter. Plain and simple. He is a great coach but a quitter.

Do you speak for all the internet social justice warriors, or just yourself? Because it doesn't look like too
many people share your opinion.

Oh, and you didn't watch his presser either did you? Now I'm reminded of why I had you on Ignore
all this time.

Steve Spurrier: Great coach who just wants to win. Plain and simple. He knew his time was coming to an end so why not just step down and give another coach a chance to win? That's exactly what he did. He's not a quitter, he's a winner.

Was he giving another coach a chance to win or giving another coach a chance to finish out a losing season? There is more than one way to spin this. He quit in mid-season and judging by their loss to the The Citadel, he didn't do anyone a favor in the process.

Here's one more that didn't watch his presser. Check.

He was actually giving another coach and staff an opportunity to prove themselves. I dont think
winning was in the cards.
