Our O-line was signed to pass protect. Stanford's O-line for run blocking. Very big difference. Very rarely do you find lineman that are proficient at both. Each takes different skill sets.

Blocking is the least of a Stanford Offensive linemen worries

The Quantum Physics exams are far more of a concern

Brother I have no problem walking in there and telling them that I think they are a bunch of soft tulips..I really wouldn't! lol What is wrong with criticizing this underachieving unit?! lol What is it with this "I dare you to say that to his face" crap?

What do you think Butch told them in the locker room this week? Hell, he told all of us, media and fans, that the team, particularly the OL/Club 90, is soft. And he was right.

Hearing it from a coach is one thing - hearing it from a "fan" who probably never played on that level is another. Offer still stands.

3 Years of Dooley-brand "toughness" is hard to beat out of somebody in 10 months. Old habits are hard to break.

Not trying to make excuses for the O-line, they have not performed up to expectations, but when you've been down like these guys with minimal success for so long, it is hard to break out of that, "here we go again" attitude. It takes a breakthrough win to..... oh wait, we got that against SCjr...... so yeah, they suck.

WTF kind of miserable life do you have to live to not be able to watch two top five teams play without getting angry about our line. I've seen this in three threads now. All saying the same thing about our line, and one about our "gimmicky offense." It's one thing to say something constructive about their play. It's another to come on to insult and b@!?h about how if you were next to tiny you would call him, his mom, and butch jones a girl.....if you were near them, but your not. Did these guys get praise for being really good which got your hopes up? Sure. But it's not like they also promised you money but instead d&@k punched your grandpa. Chill the 2 out.
