The state will suffer if it is. TennCare is already bleeding red ink.

i agree. This is a total mess.

Per the Jackson Sun article, if true, if the state does not accept ObamaCare the hospitals will lose government funding which could cause rural hospitals to close.

The Memphis paper is reporting if accepted this could cost TN 1.5 billion.

This is a case where the state is screwed if they accept it and the hospitals are screwed if they don't.
