I think he may have been more scared at the depth that Tennessee has at the wide receiver spot than anything else. Only Tony Brown is a senior.

My sentiments exactly. If hes afraid of the competition, then I wont want him in a Orange uniform. If be earned a starting job at UT, then how much better a receiver will he be?

Btw, who says because we dont throw the ball around 40 plus times a game that our coaches dont know what they are doing?

People go to schools based strictly on their competition all the time. I am not sure how it makes him any less of a player.

Bit ridiculous [/quote]
Never heard of a kid going to a school and waiting in line to play his position. Most I hear are impressed with the a) staff, B) potential playing time and c) Facilities.

I dont fault the kid for wanting to play at all. If he believes whatever he believes about UT, he has that right. But, Fulmer is at UT to stay. This year showed how developed he has the program at. We shouldnt even be playing this weekend, but we are.

As I said, if he doesnt like the system, let him go somewhere else. UT will go on either way.

Tennessee is not in the Top 10 as far as D-1 recruits most years. This is an unusual year in the state when their could be 15- 18 D-1 players when most years they are only 10-12 and not all of those are SEC material. As for Mr. Turner he may be rated the #2 recruit noe but personally UT has commitments from better right now and another thing someone who says they are a Tennessee fan and post on some UT boards regularly has his ear and is telling him that all UT does is run the ball, seems he is still a little bitter about J. Majors and now has a chance to take a recruit away from UT and actually thinks it'll hurt UT. By the way UT goes 10 deep at WR and the are better 1-10 than USC acclaimed WR group. As for Mr. Turners impression UT has rushed the ball 60 % of the time and thron 40 % of the time under Fulmer since 1993 and only Miami can stick with UT during that time in putting WR's in the PRO's . Another thing to show how his info is wrong Lsu over the same time span has rushed the ball 65 % of the time and USC has rushed it 63% of the time, only Miami has thrown more than UT, they have rushed the ball only 58% of the time. funny huh?
