steve McNair was a good man, did alot for his comunity. esp the kids.

I was very blessed with an opportunity to intern with the Titans back in the summer of '02. I had interactions with all of the players, but Steve was absolutely one of the best to deal with. He was really just a genuinely nice guy. He was a warrior. Even in training camp, you could look at the guy somedays and wonder how he kept going.

Interesting note about his son. I remember during that training camp, him having to leave to tend to his middle school age son. Jr had a weightlifting injury. If I remember correctly, the kid lost a toe. Looks like he has recovered well and has continued the family legacy.
