Ok so let me get this straight......Lamarcus is on the receiving end of probably the biggest play of the game for us, then he doesn't see one handoff despite not being able to run the ball what so ever?

But they bring in Arian late in the game when they're trying to run the clock? While injured?

I don't care if Coker has gone back to his fumbling ways or whatever. Fulmer and Co. havn't mentioned as much, but you'd think with the problems we had running between the tackles that they'd at least give him a few toss sweeps or something and give him a chance to use his speed and give the RECEIVERS a chance to block, beings the o-line couldn't.

This is getting stupid. I'm sure we'll hear tomorrow, again, how he should have gotten some carries.

Just like last week, Hardesty spent too much time spinning and stopping at the line of scrimmage. The o-line was manhandled and non-exsistant, but you need to hit the hole hard either way and not slow down.

none of that matters. we could have had barry sanders running back there tonight and he probably would have managed 30 yards. no blocking = no rushing yards. florida's front 7 and their schemes were too much for us tonight.

I can't quite put my finger on it... but something is wrong with the running style of hardesty. He definitely runs hard but something is missing.

I also believe Coker deserved a crack at it. I mean the guy had already scored... and I think we needed more speed to bounce some of those runs outside.

hardesty seems to be too much into the stutter step/bouncing around style of running. doesn't know how to really hit the hole hard...no wait...there have been no holes to hit recently.

You've got that right. I spent the whole night looking straight down the field. There was nowhere to run.

True, I saw Hardesty throw in way too much stuttering and spinning. The running game has to be fixed QUICK, or this team is in as much trouble as they were last year... man I can't believe I'm saying that.

Hardesty and Coker are both small. We needed a more physical back like Foster tonight. Even then, it wouldn't have mattered much.

I actually think this is probably the best defense we are going to see all year but then again, I didn't see the LSU game today.

well, ainge has proven able to bail us out of tough situations, so we wouldn't be in as much trouble as last year. but we're a mediocre team with no running game.

but this running game is awful. we cannot be a top class team without one.

Also, I don't mind Coker not seeing the field. There's a reason he isn't out there. I'm not sure what the reason is, but I trust the coaches are selecting the right personnel. There's also a reason Morley wasn't starting until this week. We could all see that tonight. The coaches know what players to put on the field.

i don't. case in point: lucas "butterfingers" taylor is still running back kicks.

He looked fine tonight. Morley did not.

yea, tonight is one night. that kid should never be allowed on the field with the special teams unit ever again solely based on his performance last season. it was as if he dipped his hands in a bucket of grease before taking the field.

morley was totally baffled by meyer's offense as i expected. losing inky hurts us more than losing harrell IMO.

A lot of freshman would never see the field again if we followed that rule.

Losing our best D-lineman is pretty bad, considering our D-line looks pretty bad. Also, I don't think Lucas Taylor had that many miscues last year. He's been better than Heffney, at least.

lucas taylor fumbled about 6 kick/punt returns and lost all but about one of them.

I can respect Florida's defense but either one of the teams in the west would have destroyed us and Florida today. The west has the crown if either one of these teams play like they did today the rest of the season.
