Sure. But there is a breaking point. And you are putting an awful lot of trust in people you don't know. Does mass selling start Monday, early Tuesday etc.. No one knows. But once it happens many are screwed. And many are super naive if they think all these " hold until x and by the dips" are going to have the fortitude for that ride.

Just had a thought (dangerous thing)...

But with BlackBerry and Nokia out there being pumped up by "the resistance", what if this opens up the door for the resistance to get into companies or equities that could help decentralize the control that the big social media companies have? Is there a way to start putting money in a few of these alternative media outlets? How much is MySpace right now?

I like the way you think. But I'd bet that within the next 2-3 weeks this will crushed by the feds and laws will be changed.

Meredith (MDP) owns MySpace as well as Better Homes & Gardens and other publications and media. Market Cap is $1B, about 1.25x sales. I’m in. Do you have a Reddit account?
