I think I read that he's cleared by Tennessee and the NCAA but he's still not cleared by the SEC. But it's more about that they're checking to make sure they did everything right, like the paper work and stuff. IIRC
This ^ I read the exact same thing.CCM announced Monday morning that all parties involved had cleared JS to play (including the SEC which was the last btw). CCM also stated JS most likely would not play this week against either MS or KY. Said he would not play until staff was confident he was physically ready for SEC play. Unless something has changed since Monday a.m. Hyams is wrong. If something has indeed changed, I'm sure CCM would address it.

Maybe CCM jumped the gun then, because Monday morning he said exactly what ITSGR82BATNVOL posted, because I read the same article. It really doesn't matter as CCM already said he wouldn't play this week.Rob Lewis said that CCM jumped the gun and Stokes has not been cleared by SEC yet. Hyams isn't wrong.
link?
or was this on the radio just now?
Yea, but since CCM already said Stokes wouldn't play this week, it's a mute point anyway. No big deal.Maybe CCM jumped the gun then, because Monday morning he said exactly what ITSGR82BATNVOL posted, because I read the same article.
