I can't see him going until he develops a 10 - 15 ft. jumper with some consistency. He still has trouble with true length garding him which he'd face every game in the NBA. Of course all depends who he listens to when it's time to decide. Personally, and selfishly, I would love to see Maymon, Stokes, and Hubbs together for one year. Add in the other guys we have, it should be a fun team to watch.

The Kentucky game may how stilt decide it. He goes out and has a career game 25 & 15 against their length and he will draw big time attention. He goes out and puts up a 5 & 6 performance that should put the kabosh to any thought of leaving.

He'll be hard pressed to have a double-double against Ky. He has struggled against any team with length and an inside game. If he still has one against Ky then you can say he has turned a corner. His post defense still is shoddy. He let a scrub like Henderson of Vandy have a career day against him.

He's got to take it at Noel. Nerlens' length and shotblocking is very impressive, of course. That's why he'll be a top 3 NBA pick. But that's how you beat length; you take it right at them. Stokes is infinitely stronger than Noel. He could have his way with him in the post, in my opinion. He could get good position, back him down, and just do whatever he wants. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, but that's how I see it.

I'm looking forward to watching that matchup. Stokes was saddled with foul trouble almost the entire game the first time. You're never going to get the calls in Rupp. We'll see how much progress he's made. Noel has gotten better too so it should be a good matchup.

That's why I say it'll be an important game for him. He has a big game against that length and it'll really get some attention, he's yet to prove he can beat length.
