There is no way he shot 10 a min. If he shot proper free throws, his routine alone would take 6-8 seconds, then gotta add in the time for the shot/rebound. I would guess between 15-20 seconds a shot. So he would be putting up 3-4 shots a min.

I would venture to guess he put in 1 hour worth of shots. Not bad after playing a game in Alabama for afew hours then traveling back.

According to the article, the bus pulled in at 2:30. According to the Rucker tweet, he was done by 3:00. By his average, he would have to put up ~156 shots to get 100 makes. Thats 1 shot every 11 seconds, not including time for breaks/headband adjustment. He must have shot pretty good to get out of there in 30 minutes.
