Acid reflux, and the thought of food in the morning made me nauseous

That stuff is serious. I had a bout with ulcers in 6th grade. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

there is over the counter stuff that helps with acid reflux,ask your pharmacist,i had to go stronger and get some prescription stuff to stop mine
