CBJ was not 1,2, or 3 on my coaching wish list either and I agree that we are not a middle of the pack SEC team. We're currently bottom feeders. We can't continue to ride on the past with a sense of entitlement. We've lost our respect and we have to earn it back. That's where we are, IMO. My hope is that CBJ can instill a winning attitude and work ethic into our team that will get us on the path to earning that respect back.

We'll fight awhile but we will be hungry for some football around march and fill the stadium again. But the powers that be should take note that this fanbase is tired of hearing "IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE". Better produce results

Your acting just like a pu**y. Exactly like one. You keep getting fu**ed and you dont seem to mind. Derek Dooley hands off to Butch Jones. This at one of the most storied programs in the absolute best conference. That dont add up.

If you don't want to support Coach Jones, stay home, find some other team to cheer for. When Tennessee is relevant again, these same people will be saying "I knew he was the right guy" and they'll be back on the bandwagon

If that many people stay away because of this hire, then Tennessee football is not what all the fans have been saying all these years...If this happens, we will be in Conference USA in 5 years..lol

I always use to talk about the UK Wildcats basketball fans, and how ignorant they are, but i am starting to eat crow, or at least think fan is short for, stupid

All I'm saying is that a lot of people got their hopes up for some big name coach to come in here when the truth was looking them squarely in the face. Hell, was Muschamp Florida's first option? Was Lane Kiffin USC's first option? Was Brady Hoke Michigan's first option?

Other schools that have the same tradition and history as we have still had trouble recently finding coaches.
