Despite my jokes about the media and ESPN hating us, I noticed something this year.
To open recruiting segments, the anchors always discussed
"If you are a player, your number one concern is playing time"
followed by "Alabama holds a strong lead for the #1 class".

Almost as if they were making a subtle questioning of why most top players kept agreeing to bench time. I thought it was my bias but I actually started to keep count. I didn't start until a few weeks ago and in my limited viewing time, they have done this 17 times just recently.
