It's the most selfish act a person can do and almost always there's a motive of trying to make one or more survivors feel guilt or loss over the suicide's act. I understand someone with a terminal diagnosis making this sort of decision in consultation with family and medical/hospice providers but I really don't categorize that as suicide.It's not a mindset anyone should want to be in. I don't blame anyone who does it.
