I like them too, i miss Kieth Jackson too

The main thing I didn't like about Jackson was that he seemed too biased at times. How many of you remember the UT-Miami Sugar Bowl game in 86? He and Frank Broyles were just waiting for Miami to explode. It never happened.

Most memorable quote from him besides Whoa Nellie was, "Fumbllllllllllllllllllllllle, un Whoa Boooooooy!"

You were 2? Damn.

Yes, he was supposed to "retire" after that telecast, but he continued to do west coast games. He lived in Vancouver and didn't want to travel all over the country.

We are watching how much of a fine line there is from elite football and underachieving failure. Those kids have tuned out Lane and his staff. Same thing happened to SS and DD. I believe getting that focus back is very easy. Lets hope jones can do that next year and lane never gets his his team back!!

Cant handle the spread or option

6 teams broke 40+ points on Georgia Tech. Lane's offense has been really bad today. I know they're without their QB and WR but still... the fewest points anyone scored against Georgia Tech was Prebysterian. They scored 3, everyone else scored at least 20. Funny that USC only has 7.

They're just not interested in being there, still no excuse really

This is a perfect reason why you have to be able to run the ball. When it's bad weather, windy, rainy or whatever, you have to run the ball. When your QB goes down, you can still rely on running the ball. Even when USC had lost Barkley, if they could run the ball then they could've been in this game.

USC should have skipped out on a few more dinners in favor of getting in some better practice time.
