The reason Indy has so many of the big NCAA events is because the NCAA headquarters is located there ....Rainy and cool here in Indy today, which hurts ticket prices in our view.
Basketball fans in Indy are weird...they'll grab a ticket to this game because it's the only game in town even though they have no loyalty to either team.
It's one of the strange reasons Indy hosts so many of the NCAA rounds.

Just keep watching the typical resale sites and see if the prices are going up / staying the same/ or going down. With as many resale tickets as there are ( Purdue / KY) I would imagine prices are going to keep dropping right up to tip off. Then it just becomes a matter of when you want to pull the trigger. Every game is different because the supply / demand controls the pricing trends. But the closer it gets to tip off the more nervous sellers get that they won't sell their tickets - then " Panic" selling kicks in and the bottom drops out.New to last minute buying. How long do you hold out when you need 4?

Just went through Louisville coming from Nashville. That place is not very appealing to the eye.Just keep watching the typical resale sites and see if the prices are going up / staying the same/ or going down. In this unique scenario (with the 2 closest schools losing ) I would hold out as long as you can. There's likely going to be great seats at bargain prices closer to tip. I'm driving up 65 now and waiting . Good luck ! and GBO!
