Sunday Might Be a Let Down

What's the over/under that this message board will go into full meltdown mode if APSU hangs close and/or we struggle against them? How many will want CBJ fired immediately?

You do realize this is VolNation, don't you?

Making mountains out of mole hills and blowing EVERYTHING way out of proportion is a way of life around here.
What the hell is wrong with you people.....

There will be calls for Worley's head and for the proverbial second team QB to save the day next week.

The only reason Worley is starting is because he has game experience IMO. I HIGHLY DOUBT he'll be the starter midway thru the year.

Our playbook wont be opened up fully til Oregon, maybe a little flicker at WKU if they compete against us, (I think they will) but at the Peay game you wont see half of what Butch has up his sleeve.

Why show your cards if the other guy is basically folding.

Instead of philosophizing, guessing, hoping, praying, wondering, fantasizing and speculating on our teams and coaches performances for the 2013 season, this Sunday morning we'll actually have some hard core empirical stats to look at and digest.
Of course on the other hand, the fantasizing rumors of an undefeated season will fill this board at least for a week or two... GBO!!

Doubt it, more likely over confidence after Austin Peay. Will be more telling when we get against a quality opponent.

Keep in mind, Butch's old team beat APSU 72-10 one week before losing to UT, 45-23. APSU is not much of a measuring stick.

"This" Sunday will not be a letdown and "this" game probably will not tell us much about the remainder of the season. UT is a top 40 team & AP is a top, well a top 230 team.
