That’s a tough way to go out @GoDucks349 , which we know all too well since we’ve been there. It was a great run for the ducks though!
I enjoyed watching Oregon being dismissed and hope Texas does the same to stanford. I'm not a fan of left coast (anything) including their sports.
Ya know, I traveled this country on business for 30 years, loved everywhere I went. From Paris TX to Newberry MI to Knoxville, to Tampa... LA, New Orleans, Columbia SC, Bar Harbor ME, NYC, Cherry Hill NY, Chicago, SF, you name it ....and everywhere I went I met nice people, good people, learned about our differences and what we have in common it was great. Wearing blinders about a section of the country is sad and robbing yourself of some great experiences.
Well history shows the West coast sports ruled in the 60's and 70's let's not forget UCLA blasted everybody for 10 out of 11 years in BB and USC won like 5/6 College World series in a span but now everyone has surpassed them the reason I think is a lot of top notch athletes from West Coast are preferring to play in South and Midwest.Who would have thought that 50 years ago,the only thing wrong with West coast sports is I have to stay up til 2 a.m. to see a whole ballgame in footballYa know, I traveled this country on business for 30 years, loved everywhere I went.
