The story of the season if it ends this weekend will be runners left in scoring position. Getting them on is great but you have to drive them in.

We cannot drive the ball . Gregg was the only one last year that could and this year its Haley on bust. Really don't understand every other team has 2 or 3 or more big boned ladies that make good contact and we cannot get one.LOL

And it will I hate to say. We really have went further than most of us would have dreamed after losing Gregg and Ally getting hurt.JMHO as always!

Post season play is a reflection of coaching, if the coaches are tense then the players will play that way especially at the plate. Being a good hitter requires a lot of confidence and it increases exponentially as the stage gets bigger. Many of them are behind before they ever step into the box, the half swings and watching strikes tells you they are unsure of the pitch

Probably the key at bat of the game Barnhill hung a pitch to Bearden on 3 2 count instead of seeing it and ripping she waited then took a weak swing. Wasn’t ready to crush the ball just hoping to get on.
