I feel like I should be wined and dined by both sides to break the tie.

I am not a hero movie fan by any means but I especially disliked the dark knight and liked the avengers!

Curious, saw no V for Vendetta, Watchmen, or Sin City in the polling. Would have liked to see where those stacked up against some of the others.

He explained in one of the early polls he was sticking to just the mainstream superhero movies. That eliminated a bunch like Kick Ass, Road to Perdition, Histpry of Violence, Ghost World, American Splendor and so on.

Those are superhero/comic book movies?

I loved Ben Affleck playing daredevil in the last scene where tom hanks dies while trying kill that British actor on road to perdition.

I see. Was just curious. None of them would have won, but I'd put Sin City or maybe V for Vendetta against some of the worse mainstream ones.

No words could do justice in describing how awful The Watchmen was.

It was a great adaptation. It was 85% faithful to the book even going to far as to use the panels as storyboards.

I love the graphic novel and have read it cover to cover at least 5 or 6 times. Unfortunately it just didn't translate well. I mostly blame Snyder and his over use of green screen and grungy filters.

The story would have been much better served as a 12 part HBO series or something similar.
