His aquaman was kinda already Lobo-light.

Wonder if he is going to be the main villain or more likely an antihero character.

Probably a mercenary for the main villain which is supposed to be Krem of the Yellow Hills which I'm not familiar with.

I'll be thrilled if what I'm about to say doesn't age well, but Superman is just no longer a marketable character.

I think at this point superheroes in general have advanced way beyond the two key points to SM:

Is there Kryptonite? Then he's your average Joe.

Is there no Kryptonite? Then he's OP.

Superman is way more than his powers.

There was just a successful TV show that lasted 4 seasons. It wasn’t cancelled, they planned the ending probably to make way for the film. It was generally well received.

So far the reaction to the trailer has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s going to be the biggest movie of the summer.
