Survivor 29 - San Juan Del Sur

Reed going in on Missy was pretty awesome. Nat, Jeremy and Josh would be nice returning players in the future, everyone else pretty much sucked.

Been out of town all week and finally got a chance to watch this. Reed raking Missy over the coals was really the only drama in what was otherwise a boring, weepy, estrogen filled final Tribal.

Also, I'm pretty sure I could just watch the entire tribal council with an isolated camera on Alec's blank stoner-stare. It was hilarious.

Dumbest bunch of players I've seen, granted I've not seen most seasons. Jacklyn not voting off Natalie was just flat stupid. She sat right there in tribal and said she thought she could win because she'd made the right moves. That's when you vote her off and become the giant slayer.

Horrible moves all season. No rivalries and so many people giving up rewards like a bunch of pansies. Glad this season is over.

Worst season ever with the worst and dumbest players.

I had to force myself to watch the last two episodes. I've seen most every season and this one is forgettable and no where near the top.

I missed a couple episodes and didn't feel the need to go back and watch them.

The preview made it look like they were in Yellowstone or something out west.

They were showing clips from around the world to go along with Jeff's narration. They are still filming in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua.

I respect you all thinking this was a boring season but I enjoyed it more then any of the last few seasons.

I enjoyed this season. Natalie was the right choice. She made several moves and worked the votes how she wanted.

Although my first ever Survivor was earlier this year in Cagayan when Tony won. I was hooked.

Since watching that season though, I've decided to watch the whole series. Watched the first 3 seasons so far and am almost done with Marquesas. It's interesting to see what the game evolved to from a production standpoint. First few seasons so far they really stress the survival aspect. That dominated the show compared to today. Survivor modern day seems to be reward challenge, vote politics, immunity challenge, vote politics, vote. The surviving part is barely hit upon. And I much prefer it like that. I like seeing people play the game and work alliances/votes instead of watching folks get water/fish/wood for 45 min.

It was definitely better than the last 2, at least every tribal wasn't painfully predictable.

Major editing issue the last couple seasons with the tribals(not counting this latest one). Before the tribals the producers pretty much showcased the two people being voted for which made it very uninteresting for the viewer.

Have you ever noticed when Jeff reads the votes he always starts with the person who is safe?
