Always throw the family challenge! I couldn't vote someone out that just gave me time with family. I guess I'm not as evil as I thought. Lol

Glad to see Brenda go.

I think Cochran is next. Sherri, Dawn, and Cochran have an obvious group (since they blind-sided Brenda), and I think Eric and Eddie will aim to break that up. Plus, I think Dawn is tired of getting played by Cochran and will jump at the chance to boot him.

Smart move by Cochran to get Dawn and Sherri to vote out Brenda. Crap move, but smart. I honestly think this is Cochran's game to lose.

Me too. It was the right call though. Like he said, you get to the point in the game where likability becomes a liability. That's what makes the game so complex. If you are completely honest and nice to everyone, you're unlikely to go all the way to the end because people start weighing how they don't want to sit across from you at the final tribal. If you lie all the way through and piss everyone off, you're unlikely to win the jury's vote. It's a REALLY fine line you have to walk.

Cochran is in a tight spot right now. However, Eddie has to go; no one can beat him. And I think Erik would be real hard to beat in the finals since he hasn't really rocked the boat at all and seems likable. I foresee Cochran trying to get Dawn and Sherri to the finals.

I do fully agree with the earlier post about "always throw the family challenge." Nothing good is going to come from winning and you're only a few days away from seeing them anyway.

One thing I've never understood is how emotional some of the people are when they see a family member after 35-days away. Sure maybe a tear in my eye, but I wouldn't be bawling on the ground, especially when I know I'm only days away from a full reunion.

That said, yes, always throw the challenge.

I hope it's Cochran or Dawn that gets taken out for medical reasons.

Eddie or Eric are the only ones left I'd be happy with winning the title.

Seriously, what vile person sends home the contestant that gave you family time and sacrificed their own in the process?

I think it's one of those things you'd have to live through to understand. Trapped on an island paranoid everyday you're going home and all you really want to do is leave and see your family.

Eddie is probably the least deserving IMO

While this may be the case, I can't stand Dawn. I felt like Sherri started the game well, but faded a bit in my opinion. While Eddie has been pretty lucky to have gotten along this far, but I like him over Sherri and Dawn.

I've watched this sparingly this year.... .how the hell did Dawn's manic depressive ass get this far?

Cochran with a clean sweep of the final vote. NICE!

I found it funny that the jury was literally laughing at Sherri on numerous occasions.

Sorry if I spoiled this for anyone....but you should have known better.

IMO, Cochran deserved every vote that he got. He handled final tribal very well tonight and played an overall great game.

So blood vs water obviously means relatives are involved. A possibility of Russell and Brandon on the island together is pretty awesome.

I loved the guy who tweeted them saying, "It could be shark attacks! PLEASE LET IT BE SHARK ATTACKS!!" or something to that effect.

Also, I laughed when Dawn said she would drop out of the game if she didn't get her teeth back, but now I think we all know why. She looked legitimately scary when she took them out.

Agreed, one of the few times the best player actually won. He played a pretty flawless game IMO

You're going to make me throw up with this craziness.

None of those 3 deserved to win the game. Cochran was carried through most of the game by Phillip and then he merely hung on to his tribe for the rest of the ride to get to the top 3.

Survivor tried REALLY hard this season to play down the tribe vs tribe inevitable elimination. How one tribe always sticks together in the end just about EVERY season. It's so predictable that that facet of the game is frustrating.

I laughed when a third tribe was mentioned on the reunion finale.

Did anyone notice that this season they only had the jury members and up on the show and not everyone? At least that's the first time I paid attention to that.
