The current administration wants to ban guns yet the OD's and deaths from fentanyl laced heroin is no longer news it's so prevalent. Monthly there's a report of 8 or more people ODing yet crickets. If it weren't for Narcan fentanyl would make Covid look like the sniffles.

The 9th pretty much acknowledges that there are rights not listed in the BOR. You can argue the right to travel exists but you can't argue a license to operate machinery (car, plane, bus, etc.) shouldn't be required to the unnamed right as you can walk, use a bike, use a horse, etc. The tenth just places power to the states and has nothing to do with providing a right to operate heavy machinery without a license and proving you can use that equipment.

You also aren't required to have a license to purchase a car and there are plenty of unregistered vehicles that don't see the federal/state funded roads.

A thought on this criminal.

If Sarah Palin was to blame when Giffords was shot, Anti LGBQT folks are to blame when a gay club is shot up, and conservative media and politicians are to blame when abortionists are killed, shouldn't we be blaming the liberal media and politicians for pushing orange man bad and racism tropes inciting Ahmad's hate of Trump and Trump-ignited-racism which drove him to shoot up a grocery store?
