Traditionally names are only there during postseason

Well I think if we as a society did both it would make the game better. But you’re just being an ignorant ******* and missing the point. I can’t help that. I know the internet is an interesting place and in the right setting you’d get punched in the mouth talking like that to me in person.

Good day and GO VOLS

You’re adorable. I need you to know that.

Get rid of NIL. Scholarships should mean something.

Otherwise separate the teams from the school and embrace the minor league structure.

Everyone too afraid to tell their kids no
NIL is here to stay. The courts have ruled on it. I’m certainly not a fan of the form it has taken wrt collectives and players being perpetual free agents, trying to renegotiate at any time. It’s has hurt college football terribly. Certainly wasn’t what I had in mind.

Yes, because we should punish the vast majority of guys who are working hard and doing it the right way.

Come on, dont overreact.

It’s not punishment, they shouldn’t have had it in the first place. Think of it like cutting wasteful spending.

NIL isn't going anywhere. Your anger needs to be with the unregulation of it and not changing the portal, not it.

And apparently we aren't scared to tell anyone no.

1. Non Sequitur and punish all the athletes because you're butthurt about one.

2. Clearly you lack understanding of NIL and the legal background for it.

3. False dilemma. Scholarships Do mean something.

4. Another false dilemma. The universities aren't giving up their teams.

5. Silly. College teams already have far larger fan bases than minor league teams. Going backwards would be stupid.

6. They are t kids. They are adults.

7. The coaches tell them "no" all the time if they don't meet expectations.

You are wrong on all counts. It's not about you.

It’s not anger. I’ve been laughing about it with my wife all morning. The whole of college football is losing its sincerity. Nothing to embrace as “your team” anymore as it’s changing too fast. Players come and go in one season and that’s happening more and faster each year.

Glad we said no. We may not have had a choice but either way I’m glad he left. Couldn’t have stayed successfully after this fiasco.

Some of you really want to pay the players and that seems to be the only driving force. Like it’s punishment if they aren’t paid. I thought this all started because we didn’t like universities profiting off of certain individuals and then others being paid under the table. (Both wrong). So to fix it we justify paying kids stupid amount of money? We might be ruining more of these players lives with this money than helping anyone.

But it’s a lost cause. I’ll gladly be wrong. Pay them all you want. lol

So money ruins players but exploiting them for money for other people doesn't? Rioiiiiight.
