:crazy: Are they evaluated by different services? No. So, it sounds as if you are suggesting those that evaluate and assign a rating lower the stars for those coming out of Texas.

Well, considering the talent in Texas is lightyears above most other states, those 3* players are going up against better talent and don't have the opportunity to blow away inferior competition like some 4* and 5* guys in other states. It's hard to compare players against each other when the talent level varies so much, which is why those 3* guys from Texas are better.
