TCU @ #5 Boise St (Versus 3:30)

Boise's defense keeps biting on fakes. If they can adjust to that during halftime and find a way to not let receivers get behind them, they really should be fine because TCU's running game has been completely shut down. I wouldn't be worried yet because Boise seemingly always gets one true scare each year.

Boise's offensive line is doing a terrible job pass blocking. Of course, this is maybe the best D-line they've played this year.

If TCU loses by less one score, Patterson is to blame. That last drive was cowardly

Boise needed to stop TCU to end the first half, so they did that. Petersen's an outstanding coach, I think they'll make enough adjustments that Boise still wins this by 10 or so.

To be fair, TCU stopped themselves. They intentionally ran off close to a minute just standing around. They were only playing for a field goal and they did a poor job of doing that. For whatever reason, they intentionally ran a bunch of time off. Made no sense

Goes to show you the following:

-Chris Petersen is an outstanding coach
-Kellen Moore's a darn good QB
-Boise's a very good football team

Not to mention they play weak as hell competition. Constantly.

I agree but didn't feel like arguing with 120 since he's cool. I already know where he stands and he knows where I stand. But yeah, Peterson was coaching against other WAC coaches for most of his career and Moore was playing WAC athletes. Most of the coaches and players in that conference aren't very good.

He's still a great coach, Moore is a great QB and Boise State is a good program. I'll just never be sold on them deserving a title shot as long as they play the schedules they play.

No, I agree.

What I posted doesn't take away from every single thing 120 posted being absolutely true. I like both y'alls posts. Sensible fellas. Just needs to be said, just the same as Moore and Petersen being extraordinary. :hi:
