Possible some one in the congregation will forward a copy of this fair commentary on our basketball team to Mr. Hart. Hopefully he will take it to heart. He is our only chance for a change in direction. I personally will not attend or watch another men's basketball game until there is a change in coaching. I have turned my attention to the Lady Vol's, football recruiting and handicapping.

Cuonzo has inspired me to spend my basketball ticket money on PowerBall tickets instead; Better odds of a big payoff there (only a billion to one or so).

As far as UT operating against the zone defense, I recall when JP was here and how when teams threw a zone at us, Prince would go to one of the elbows and go to work. "Beating the Zone, 101." Send somebody to the high post and let them create from there.

I think this is somewhere Josh Richardson could do some damage at.

This is the crazy thing, 85% of the people on here know what to do to a zone. Yet the team, due to coaching has no clue. I agree, Josh has a nice mid range and would be a good option.

Seems like this thread had a change of direction after the lady vols basketball comment. Had another epiphany while I was perusing this thread. We might be able to have the men's basketball team play the women's team. We would at least be assured of a UT win. Possible the women could show the boy's how to attack a zone.
