Clearly a sign that the tea party is alienating voters as LG has been telling us.

'Tea party' candidate tightens governor's race in New York - latimes.com

Atty. Gen. Andrew Cuomo leads Paladino 49% to 43% among likely voters, the Quinnipiac University poll reported. The poll is based on interviews with 751 likely voters from Sept. 16 to 20 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.6 percentage points.

Though Cuomo remains ahead, his lead is far below the double-digit advantage he has enjoyed for months when compared with other GOP candidates. Paladino’s rise, turning what has long been expected to be an easy Democratic victory into a race, mirrors other polls that show conservative candidates doing better than expected in traditional blue states.

well, outside of NYC and Albany, New York is filled with a bunch of racist rubes who are obviously hell bent on clinging to their guns and religion.

We can't forget about the families and victims of 9/11 who want to move the mosque either. NYC has some racists there as well.

And even the mayor who endorsed Cuomo thinks failed terrorist attacks in Times Square are really the work of racist anti-Obamacare types.

Many on this forum agree with him.

what he states is accurate. not sure the problem.

you're right IP, nothing wrong with sticking the most sensitive part of your body in a place where waste comes out. nothing dysfunctional about that all.

you act like that's limited to homosexuals. And I am in no way surprised you defend him

support what, people's right to do what they dang well please as long as it doesn't affect my life one bit? Guilty as charged

he's not saying that. he's say the education system shouldn't teach that a man taking is up the a$$ by another man is normal and should be promoted.

now if you want to explain that to your kids on your own that's fine but. but it shouldn't be pushed on kids in government schools.

schools shouldn't be teaching sexuality in the first place to kids who aren't old enough to handle it. To start calling them brainwashed or dysfunctional is ridiculous. He has an agenda and is trying to trick you into believing it's "about the children".

not all gay men take it up the butt. you really need to stop being such a prude. this has nothing to do with anal sex or sex at all. no school is teaching this.

and that's ok as long as you are fine with not promoting any religion in those same schools

if you don't think our kids are being brainwashed by government schools, then you need read. kids can't do math but they can put a condom on.

ironicly it's the fact that there is no religion (specifically Christianity) being taught in government schools that has gotten our schools where they are today.

oh but environmentalism is a religion, many schools are encouraging islamic teachings, but i'm sure you are you socialist comrads have no problems with that.

do you really want high schoolers who can't do math breeding?

no, but people like utvolpj and IP seem to have no problem with 7th and 8th graders getting pregnant. just as long as we don't have the evil religion in our schools.

7th and 8th graders have been getting pregnant for centuries.

Does that muck up the survival of the fittest argument?

I'd rather high schoolers who can't do math, science, English, etc. learning other topics unrelated to those fields. That was sarcasm for the ones not able to catch that. And this goes across the board to all of the warm, fuzzies being taught in school. I know this is straying off course but an opening on education brought me into this. If we spent as much time on the basics as we did these lessons in 'tolerance' and other forms of ideology we might not be witnessing a decline in our standards compared to other nations.
