According to several players twitter accounts they just finished running 52 110yd sprints tonight. Wow that is dedication. These guys are working hard to get us back to the top. V4L

And I thought 4 110 grass drills was hard, 52 110 sprints is unbelievable... Very Winding...

That's a lot of running and I'm excited for our team (especially now that we have Butch). But let's not act like teams have never worked hard over the last few years. They run and lift a ton every year.

The fact that we aren't hearing personal drama with it is more a sign of team unity and buy in. Now that's exciting!

I think the point is that they are WILLINGLY doing it not being forced to do it. It shows that there is leadership amongst the team - not just the coaches.

This dude gets it. Leadership is the #1 thing this program has lacked the past few years IMO. Hell for the last 3 years our coach wasn't even looked to for leadership...Dooley was weak as water.

If you look back at our dominating teams in the 90s the X factor was almost always tied into the on field leadership from guys like Wilson, Little and Manning. It was really what made Fulmer such a successful coach. We had some VERY talented teams that had no leadership and they failed miserably.

This is one thing that CBJ has preached from day 1 - leadership and curing the disease of losing. This is how it starts.
