Anybody know if Tobe will get to go or if his commitments to the U19 national team will conflict?

There are U19 games on Aug 18 and 20 in Abu Dhabi.
Baskteball ain't like it was back in the day, when a top prospect might ride two buses after work to get to a gym that stayed open late.

How many tokens does it take to get from Florence to Abu Dhabi these days?

It was my understanding that we had to play overseas for Santi (or any other international player) to receive NIL money. Is that correct?

It’s not an NIL issue. It’s federal visa/immigration laws that create the issue of foreign players not being allowed to receive NIL money. The laws don’t apply for income earned when outside of the USA.
