Thanks Coach Hype…we are fun to watch again and you’ve brought that back. I remember the 7hr drives home after losing games to perineal bottom dwellers. I remember just being happy if we caught a punt or KO and not turn it over. I remember watching the VOLS walk into the swamp or Death Valley and knowing it was our game to loose. We are behind you coach until we’re not. You mentioned post game about locker room mentality/moral and yes that’s on you, it sucks after last week but for now we are behind you. There’s not one VOL that honestly would have expected this kind of season so thank you. Now do something with your own players.

Didn’t we lose to USC in ‘16? I recognize you’re referring to Candy, but that should be a given for any TN Coach worth his salt.

Call it an excuse, but I really just chalk up that loss to the grind of the SEC. Is South Carolina better than us, let alone 25 points better? Hell no. And next year we will smack them down in Neyland because they are a mediocre program and we play them early in the year. But this year, they caught us in the right place at the right time. That’s how it goes in the SEC. Our roster on defense just isn’t good enough to get us to 7-1/8-0 in the SEC. We stole the Bama game, USCjr stole that game from us. It happens. That’s life in the SEC and every game is difficult. It is NFL-lite in terms of any given Saturday.

And once again little vol is wrong.

Read his post it says first 10 win regular season since 03 and that is correct. 10 wins in 07 was after the bowl game. Nice try though. We know it pains you to not argue with someone about anything.
