I follow Purdue about as closely as I do the Vols. I also respect the programs at Louisville, Texas and Iowa.

None!

I used to go to a few ETSU games, It was a cheap way to get out and see some football. But i never considered myself a fan, and they no longer have a football program.

Kentucky when they aren't playing us. But only halfheartedly because of my father in law whom I adored. Tennessee is my only REAL team.

I've never really had any teams outside the SEC that I follow. Two teams who earned my respect, and I will probably pull for as long as we are not playing them are Texas A&M because all of their fans who came to this board during bowl season were pure class, and Minnesota because I just loved the salute they had for Bammer after their bowl game :rlol: :machinegun:

I follow Louisville because I am very impressed with Bobby Petrino. I also like to watch VT's special teams and defense. I rank Blacksburg as my fourth best place to watch a football game. That campus is beautiful.

I follow college football in general.

But my other teams I follow are Oregon State, Oregon, Texas, Ohio State and Purdue.

I would never say that I "follow" any program other than Tennessee. I am a Tennessee fan, and Tennessee fan ONLY. I don't see how a person can be a fan of more than one team, it just doesn't make sense. I route for Tennessee, and whatever else will help us in other games. I enjoy college football in general and realize it was created in God's image, and there are some teams I specifically route against. I will say for the record that I really like Bobby Bowden, because he is class with the media even after losses and is a truly kind person. He realizes that reporters have a job to do and is not an ass to them like Lloyd Carr or Gary Barnett. However, I would never route for FSU if routing against them would help the Volunteers.

I still consider MTSU a 1-AA school

If they'd spend a bit more on the athletic dept., maybe MTSU could be something more than middle of the road. They sure have enough students to qualify for a large college.

I follow Ga Tech because #1 - They are not Georgia. #2 - It really pisses UGA fans off when Tech does anything good, so I figure I should always jump on that bandwagon.

I forgot to mention that I follow Tennessee Tech since they are in my town. 1-AA clearly does not have the talent of 1-A, but I think the games are just as exciting if you are there.

This sounds weird, but I almost went to the Air Force Academy, and thus have followed them somewhat every since the old "aerial assault" days.

Other than that, I usually root for Ole Miss (since my wife's an alumna) and MTSU for my little bro.
