Tedford, the sucker

A couple years ago some players and coaches went out of their way in interviews to ask that our home crowd not do the wave while we're on offense. It makes noise and it's distracting. Plus is was a cheer that was cool like 10 years ago.

Also if you read a previous thread that talked about this subject, you've got a bunch of people who disagree with you. It's a entrire crowd participating in making noise, think it might be alittle loud? not just an idiot here or there yelling while we're on offense.
I had to wave my arms multiple times trying to get the people in my section to be quiet during offensive possessions... honestly, I don't care either way, because I think the wave is dumb. You'd probably find me stating that fact in the thread you mentioned. :p

I sat beside a couple of Cal girls and they were AMAZED at the size and atmosphere at Neyland. I asked them about going to a USC game and they said it was no comparison.......this place is unbelievable! They were very nice...but I still yelled so much that I am hoarse this morning. Let's all remember...that was just 1 game! Yes we looked very impressive but it takes more than 1 step to climb back up the mountain!
Go VOLS!:lolabove:

All of the Cal fans I talked with were pretty darn nice...a couple guys even promised to send me a Cal-Berkley t-shirt if I really wanted one...and they had a BUNCH of fans there...even in the upper deck...

I don't see Sir Eel getting badgered with jokes about having multiple jerseys.

In surreal's case, multiple = 2

In your case, multiple = over 50

Surreal just can't help himself, he loves those Hokies..

Rooting for the Hokie Pokies should be counted just as bad. They actually wanted the Vick... erm... Mexico brothers to play for them.

Wanting Michael Vick to play for them = good choice

Wanting Marcus Vick to play for them = stupidity

I read that Cal's fans were yelling Pac-10 at our guys during warmups. :post-4-1090547912: :post-4-1090547912: :post-4-1090547912: :post-4-1090547912: :post-4-1090547912:

That is classic.

As i walked back to my car, the Cal fans who had the cojones to not leave before dark, were getting hounded badly. I myself had to throw some jabs.

I dont know about yall, but after the first scoring drive i felt this immense pressure come off my shoulders.

IT IS GREAT TO BE A TENNESSEE VOL BABY!!!!!!!

Another thing they were doing in warm-ups were practicing dunking the ball over the goalpost. I thought that was a bit premature.

Nah, Surreal only has two teams.. Tennessee and Virginia Tech.

I guess being a Vol/Gobbler is not too bad. Just be glad you aren't a South Carolina/VT fan.. then you would be a Cock/G...well you know.
